It is Christmas week, how that happened i will never know. I swear it was July like five minutes ago. As with every year i swear that i will be more orgainsed this year. Get in early have all gifts wrapped and under the tree so i am free to enjoy the festivities. Another thing i always say is that next year i will try to buy more Irish. Shop local and support some more good causes. There are a few benefits of buying local. No lengthy delivery waits which is perfect for last minute buys. It is good for the local and national economy to support Irish companies and businesses too. Some really different and personalised choices in products…

If you follow me on Snapchat you will know two things. 1) I am the world’s worst snapper there ever was and B) i had an interesting package arrive last week. You might even remember that a couple of weeks back i ran a little giveaway on Facebook. There was a lot of interest in the prize. Along with the face-lift comes some really talented, current stylists using the latest services and techniques. This is were my savior comes in. A stylist by the name of Jess has joined the Reflections team. Having had the pleasure of working with Jess previously on shoots that i have styled, i knew her work well. While chatting about her new position and my awful…

I’ve been looking for some new holders for my brushes for awhile now. Something different and fun to look at, seen as ill see them everyday. Any pots or jars i initially liked made the brushes hard to reach for. Nobody got time for that. Whilst browsing the homewares aisle of Dealz i saw these ice-cream sundae glasses. I was drawn to the retro shape, that sort of diner style. With a bit of imagination and the Barney bag i thought my brushes would be right at home in these. I wasn’t wrong. They are not very wide so i nabbed two, one for my face brushes and the other for the eyes. They are currently loving life, front and…
