The weeks have flown by and Summer is almost upon us. With Summer comes another type of season, that is – festival season. Kicking off this June and running right through until October. There was once a time when festival wear was just functional, run of the mill. Now-a-days festivals are super trendy with some of the most stylish looks to be seen. We only have to look to Coachella to back this one up. For the June issue of In Tallaght magazine i styled some festival worthy outfits that are available in The Square. In keeping with the traditional festival vibe that is colourful , fun and relaxed – i paired some 70’s inspired bohemian offerings with some more modern pieces too. There is…

Not my usual monochrome stripe but hey as they say, I’ve never met a stripe i didn’t like. A brighter mix of sweet colour combos for S/S. Bold and fun pieces that together in their looks come in under fifty euro. A very affordable way to update your wardrobe and add some colour. It does not need to be head to toe with this style. The black , blue , lime version of these shorts where really popular when i used them in a look recently. Not surprisingly really as they are a beautiful piece. A smart , tailored short that is also fun and quite cool. When i saw that a pale pink pair had made their way into New Looks collection i had to share them. There is a  softer, more romantic type feel to this colour option. All of the other qualities still apply though. Really easy to wear and quite adaptable to your styling needs. Here i’ve added a light swing cami top with colourblock straps. A black heel but a pretty and delicate clutch that picks up the pink beautifully.…

For more straight shaped ladies, a skater defines the waist creating an illusion of a curvier shape. A great go to weather it be skirts or dresses for any size. For this weeks collection of looks for under fifty euro i picked to focus on skater dresses. One piece and you are dressed. Easy peasy. There…

Have you heard the news? We are due a heatwave this weekend. No really. And yep i’m talking about the weather again. The brighter , warmer evenings have me excited to get stuck into my Summer wardrobe while the chance is there. Any excuse though really. With that being said, tonight’s look is moving in that direction. Fresh, bright colours and legs out. The main focus of the outfit has to be the shorts. There is something quite smart about these although they are still quite fun. The striped combo is beautifully done. I pulled the lime stripe to pair a top with. I had originally thought of putting a light cami with the shorts but when i saw there…
