Rose print has been popping up more and more everywhere of late. Moving on nicely from the rock ‘ n ‘ roll movement that has been dominating the style scene of late. Just in time for Val / Gal Day. First we had embroidered patches and details that roses where a really popular choice for. Then came the band tees – think Guns And Roses. I started to see some more feminine pieces with an all over floral print and thought this was worthy of a little spotlight. There are plenty of styles and choice available in the shops at the moment in all sorts of colours and fabrics. I concentrated on the black and red colourway though with a glam…

It is always a tricky one this time of year. Everyone is still broke and wrecked after the festive period. January can be such a long cold month that is just mehhh on so many levels. The shops are no better either really. You have either got bitty sale rails still hanging around or full on summer clothes. Most of the new season pieces that have arrived are out of the New Year budget for most of us. There is one place that wouldn’t see us stuck though. Our old reliable friend Penneys. Yes, they have some great reductions in-store and yes their swimwear section is filling up fast , but they haven’t forgot about the here and now. Bringing you pieces…

Happy New Year! Better late than never right. Everyone is saying it but God that last 12 months just flew. Especially since Summer , time just seemed to whizz by. What a year it has been for many reasons. I wanted to take a look back at the pieces I ardored and loved wearing during the past year. A round-up of my fashion favourites. As usual there were things I completely obsessed over and went on and on about. It doesn’the take much for me to get obsessed with a piece, colour or trend. It is Christmas week, how that happened i will never know. I swear it was July like five minutes ago. As with every year i swear that i will be more orgainsed this year. Get in early have all gifts wrapped and under the tree so i am free to enjoy the festivities. Another thing i always say is that next year i will try to buy more Irish. Shop local and support some more good causes. There are a few benefits of buying local. No lengthy delivery waits which is perfect for last minute buys. It is good for the local and national economy to support Irish companies and businesses too. Some really different and personalised choices in products…

I was beyond honoured to be invited by Littlewoods to have brunch with Myleene Klass for the launch of her Christmas collection. This latest release is Myleene’s 27th collection with the online store. As the saying goes if it ain’t broke don’t fix it. We gathered in the Westbury to have a bite to eat and a goo at the new offerings. Two of my favourite things right there – Brunch and clothes! With free reign to have a rummage through and get a really good look at the selected pieces. Kid’s at Christmas let me tell ya. After lots of ohhhh-ing and awhhh-ing we sat down and brunch was served. Again – unreal! All this and the best was still…
