TBT : Pretty Woman

Throwback Thursday… The amazing Pretty Woman turned 25 this year. I know right. One of nearly ever girls favorite films. A chick flick with a bit of grit. Not all rainbows and kittens. I watched this for the billionth time this week and figured it was worthy of a Throwback. Those outfits are now iconic. We saw the over-the-knee boots come back towards the end of last year. Street walker chic is a thing right? Vivian’s transition with her natural beauty and charm is magic to watch. Living the dream shopping in Beverley Hills. Most of these looks can be updated and worn more modern today. This was a really fun one to put together. Cinderf*ckinrella ♡ Polka Dot Shirt dress…

Retro Style Jelly Bags

There is something i really love about these retro bags. Just something really cool about them but thats me lover of all things novelty. I’ve missed out on getting one of these the last two years, luckily they are back in stock again in H&M. Vintage vibes and something different for the beach and holidays. Zip your valuables and bits in some bikini bags and they wont fall out or get lost. A plus here is that you definetly wont bring half a desert of sand home with you with one of these bags. They can go for mad money on Etsy and vintage sites. Sun Jellies stock them too but by far €3.99 is the best ive seen, even…

Dublin Airport Duty Free Make Over

Finally i got to see the new and improved Duty Free in Dublin Airport‘s Terminal 1. The Loop has had a makeover and looks amazing! To me the holiday starts at the airport. I love browsing and picking up my favourite brands before jetting off. There was always a good choice but now the update matches the new and modern vibe that Terminal 2 has. Familiar faces like MAC are in pride and place with a new layout and location. I got slightly side-tracked in here with the pursuit of Kylie Jenner lips. Finally got my hands on ‘Velvet Teddy’ but more on that later.I definetly stock up on MAC when in the airport,…

Gypsy Tops

They are in and they are almost gone. My local branch is already sold out. These off the shoulder tops are part of the Coachella colab collection in H&M. A 1970‘s dream. I was seriously born in the wrong decade. These tops are a cute way to tap into that trend. Insanely cute for summer cause they give off that carefree boho vibe. But they can easy be styled into your wardrobe. I’ve been obsessed with tops like these forever now. Nothing says fab like collarbone. Joke. But yeah in all seriousness they are really flattering. The black and red print is my favourite but i pretty much love all three Layering a waistcoat over will show just a pop of…

Long Sleeve Maxi Dresses

I am really loving all of the long sleeve maxi dresses that are out at the moment. From 70’s bohemian to floor length shirt dresses. Maxi’s aren’t just for high summer and these show that. These arent beach dresses nor ball gowns but somewhere inbetween. I think they would be really cool styled with a waistcoat and boots. Add a floppy hat to keep with the 70’s feel or a cool fedora to mix it up. leather or fur gilets will add great texture and contrast, Not to mention warmth. A denim or crochet waistcoat will be in keepin with the boho dream. Little ankle boots and a boyfriend belt really put a twist on these dresses. Pop a collar…

PS Love Lip Liner in Red

I’ve been using this lip liner from the PS Love Range @ Penneys alot. I grabbed all three colours last month cause for €1.49, i mean could you leave them behind. The red was the one i was least likely to wear but grabbed it anyways. Despite having dark colouring, i’ve never been a fan of red lips on myself. I felt it was for one a cert to bleed and be all over my face. I’ve changed my ways and am now loving wearing this combo. The lipstick is ‘Relentlessly Red‘ by MAC sealed and locked in by the Penneys liner. I have to say it did not budge or bleed the liner was epic in it ‘s staying…

So Glad for Gladiators

Something im so glad are back out in force are tall gladiator sandals.Be it zip up, wrap up or buckle up these are so gorgeous. As you can tell im banging on about nothing but summer and boho dreams. Well this is no different. Effortless, carefree and sooo cute. With a floaty summer dress, your hair in milkmaid braids, an upper arm cuff and a smile. Tan and black being the most popular colours but there are lots out there. Some are very intricate with cut-out shapes and detailing. Others are a simple strap reminisant of the original romans they came from. I know so many will say my legs will look like tied pork, well there are types to…

Knitted Vest Quest

Another Spring wishlist item in the bag. Even nicer and cheaper than i imagined too. This knitted vest top is €14.99 in H&M  I’ve spoke before about how cool knitted tops are for the warmer months. Gives some texture but has that boho vibe rather than winter woolies. This one comes in blush pink and khaki too. So many ways to wear. For me i think ill be wearing it over a pleather skirt with boots. It will be really cool with a short denim skirt under, thats bang on trend right now. Wear with shorts for holidays or festival season. For work pop a collared shirt underneath. There is a full post on…
